Our engineering workshop is equipped with five advanced CNC machines, enabling the precise manufacture, repair, and refurbishment of critical compressor components across a wide range of applications. This capability allows us to consistently deliver high levels of accuracy and repeatability, ensuring that every component meets exact specifications and performs reliably in demanding environments.
By leveraging modern machining technology and skilled technical expertise, we are able to maintain strict tolerances and uphold OEM-quality standards throughout every stage of production. Our processes are designed to optimize efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize downtime for our clients, ensuring that essential equipment is returned to operation as quickly as possible.
We offer a comprehensive range of precision engineering services, including surface grinding, cylinder reboring and rigid honing, and conrod resizing. Our capabilities also include crankshaft polishing using high-grade finishing processes, refurbishment and testing of compressor valves, and the custom manufacture of components to meet the requirements of various industries.
