Since our establishment in 1989, we have built a solid reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation within the compressed air industry. Our head office is strategically located in Boksburg, Gauteng, enabling us to efficiently support clients across the country and in neighbouring regions.
With more than three decades of industry experience, C&EE has developed a strong foundation of engineering expertise, technical knowledge, and customer service excellence. We primarily serve medium to large enterprises in both the private and public sectors, delivering bespoke compressed air solutions tailored to each client’s unique operational requirements. Our highly skilled team of technicians, engineers, and support staff work in close partnership with our customers to provide complete, end-to-end solutions – from initial consultation and system design to installation, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.
Kim Ishwarlall
Chief Executive Officer
Kim brings over 10 years of experience in strategic management, business development and planning, with previous leadership roles at Barloworld and Atlas Copco. He holds qualifications in Business Management and Marketing and completed his Management Development Programme at the International AC Academy in Belgium. He is also a Director at Atmei Petrochemical and Mammoth.
Gavin Acar
Managing Director
Gavin has been Managing Director of C&EE since 1999, having joined the company as a Fitter and Turner in 1991 before becoming Factory Manager. With an N6 in Mechanical Engineering, his leadership has helped establish C&EE as a leading supplier to South Africa’s locomotive and compressed air industries.
Debra O’Callaghan
Financial Director
Debra has served as Financial Director of C&EE since 2011, bringing extensive experience in financial management, payroll and corporate finance. Prior to joining C&EE, she managed the Finance and Payroll Division for the PLP Group of Companies, supporting operations within the technology, lifestyle and business systems sectors.
